클라우드브로 행동강령 (개정안)

“클라우드브로는 함께 성장하며 지식의 가치를 나누는 글로벌 공론의 장입니다.”

클라우드브로는 단순한 정보 공유 게시판을 넘어, 클라우드 엔지니어링 개발‧기술과 통찰을 통해 글로벌 구성원 모두가 함께 성장하는 ‘글로벌 클라우드 네이티브 그리고 AI 네이티브 지식의 공공 정원’을 지향합니다. 우리가 함께 가꾸는 이 공간이 지적인 담론이 오가는 따뜻하고 신뢰할 수 있는 글로벌 공동체가 될 수 있도록 아래의 행동강령(Code of Conduct)을 준수해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 우리의 핵심 가치: “글로벌 클라우드 엔지니어와 개발자 현업‧전문가가 함께 성장하는 즐거움”

클라우드브로의 존재 이유는 지식의 공유와 확산을 통해 클라우드 생태계와 개인이 함께 성장하는 데 있습니다.

  • 기여의 가치: 아주 작은 기술적 팁이라도 좋습니다. 긍정적인 통찰을 더해 공동체의 지식 자산을 풍요롭게 해주세요.
  • 상호 존중: 사람이 아닌 ‘아이디어’에 집중해 주세요. 의견이 다르더라도 예의를 지키며 논리적인 근거로 토론해 주시기 바랍니다. 인신공격, 비속어, 감정적인 반박은 단호히 제한합니다.

2. 영리 목적의 활동 및 광고 규제

커뮤니티의 본질을 훼손하는 무분별한 상업적 활동은 엄격히 관리됩니다.

  • 교육/영리 광고 제한: 영리 목적의 광고성 게시글은 원칙적으로 권장하지 않습니다.
  • 지정 게시판 활용: 홍보가 필요한 경우 반드시 운영팀(privacy@cloudbro.ai)의 승인하에 작성해야 합니다. 이를 어기고 일반 기술 게시판이나 채팅방에 게시할 경우 사전 고지 없이 삭제되며, 반복 시 이용이 제한됩니다.

3. 채용 및 구인·구직 규정

건전한 채용 문화 정착을 위해 아래 투명성 가이드라인을 준수해야 합니다.

  • 기술 스택 명시: 클라우드브로의 정체성에 부합하도록 클라우드 네이티브, AI 네이티브, 데브옵스, 플랫폼 엔지니어링 등 관련 기술 스택이 포함된 구체적인 직무기술 요약이 반드시 포함해야 합니다.
  • 정보의 진실성: 업무 범위나 근로 요건이 불분명한 현혹성 광고나 불법/위험 직무 관련 글이라고 판단이 되면 즉시 차단됩니다.

4. 지식 공유와 AI 데이터 활용 (지식의 선순환)

우리가 나누는 경험적 지식은 더 큰 가치로 재탄생할 수 있습니다.

  • 2차 저작물 활용: 회원(Bro)들이 게시한 지식과 질의응답은 기술 생태계의 발전과 클라우드브로 AI 서비스 고도화를 위한 학습 데이터로 활용될 수 있습니다. 이는 요약, 카드 뉴스, 뉴스레터 등 다양한 형태의 저작물로 가공 및 배포될 수 있습니다.
  • 탈퇴 시 게시물 처리: 지식의 선순환과 맥락 유지를 위해, 탈퇴 시에도 이미 공개된 게시물이나 가공물은 별도로 삭제되지 않습니다. 특정 정보의 삭제가 필요한 경우 운영팀(privacy@cloudbro.ai)으로 요청해 주시기 바랍니다.

5. 커뮤니티 정결 유지 및 운영 방침

더 나은 토론 환경을 위해 불필요한 관리 소요를 줄여주세요.

  • 스팸 및 중복 금지: 동일 내용을 여러 게시판에 올리는 등의 스팸성 게시글은 즉시 삭제합니다.
  • 저작권 준수: 타인의 지적 재산권을 침해하는 소프트웨어, 영상, 이미지는 출처가 없을 시 즉시 삭제합니다.
  • 운영자의 권한: 운영팀은 커뮤니티의 건전성 유지를 위해 규정을 위반한 콘텐츠나 계정에 대해 삭제, 수정, 정지 등의 조치를 취할 권한을 보유합니다. 규정 위반 시 사전 경고 없이 제재될 수 있습니다.

6. 문제를 발견하면 알려주세요

클라우드브로를 지키는 가장 큰 힘은 회원 여러분의 자발적인 참여입니다.

  • 신고 기능 활용: 악성 게시글이나 스팸 발견 시 직접 대응하거나 논쟁하지 마세요. 대신 조용히 ‘Flag; 신고’ 버튼을 눌러주시면 운영팀에서 신속히 처리하겠습니다.

CloudBro Code of Conduct (Amended)

“CloudBro is a global forum for growing together and sharing the value of knowledge.”

CloudBro aims to be more than just an information-sharing board; it is a “Global Public Garden of Cloud-Native and AI-Native Knowledge,” where all global members grow through cloud engineering development, technology, and insights. To ensure this space remains a warm, trusted, and intellectual community, please adhere to the following Code of Conduct.

1. Our Core Value: “The Joy of Growing Together”

The raison d’être of CloudBro is to foster the growth of both the cloud ecosystem and its individuals through the sharing and dissemination of knowledge.

  • The Value of Contribution: No technical tip is too small. Please enrich our collective knowledge assets by adding positive insights.
  • Mutual Respect: Focus on ‘ideas,’ not individuals. Even when opinions differ, please engage in discussions with courtesy and logical reasoning. Personal attacks, profanity, and emotional rebukes are strictly prohibited.

2. Regulation of Commercial Activities and Advertising

Indiscriminate commercial activities that undermine the essence of the community are strictly managed.

  • Restrictions on For-Profit Ads: In principle, promotional posts for commercial purposes are discouraged.
  • Use of Designated Channels: Any necessary promotions must be approved by the management team (privacy@cloudbro.ai) before posting. Posts made in general technical boards or chat rooms without approval will be deleted without prior notice, and repeated violations may lead to restricted access.

3. Recruitment and Job Posting Guidelines

To establish a healthy recruitment culture, the following transparency guidelines must be followed:

  • Specify Tech Stack: To align with CloudBro’s identity, posts must include a specific Job Description (JD) summary featuring relevant tech stacks such as Cloud Native, AI Native, DevOps, and Platform Engineering.
  • Integrity of Information: Posts deemed as misleading advertisements with unclear work scopes/employment conditions, or those related to illegal/dangerous roles, will be blocked immediately.

4. Knowledge Sharing and AI Data Utilization (The Virtuous Cycle of Knowledge)

The experiential knowledge shared here can be transformed into even greater value.

  • Utilization for Derivative Works: The knowledge and Q&A posted by members (Bros) may be used as training data to advance the technology ecosystem and CloudBro’s AI services. This data may be processed and distributed in various forms, such as summaries, card news, and newsletters.
  • Post Retention Policy: To maintain the context and virtuous cycle of knowledge, public posts and processed materials will not be deleted even after a member withdraws. If you require the removal of specific information, please contact the management team (privacy@cloudbro.ai).

5. Community Integrity and Governance

Please help us reduce administrative overhead to maintain a better discussion environment.

  • No Spam or Duplicate Posts: Spam, including posting the same content across multiple boards, will be deleted immediately.
  • Copyright Compliance: Software, videos, or images that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights will be removed immediately if no source is provided.
  • Authority of Moderators: The management team reserves the authority to delete, modify, or suspend accounts/content that violate regulations to maintain community health. Sanctions may be applied without prior warning in case of violations.

6. Reporting Issues

The greatest strength in protecting CloudBro is the voluntary participation of our members.

  • Use the Reporting Feature: If you encounter malicious posts or spam, do not engage or argue directly. Instead, quietly use the ‘Flag’ button, and the management team will handle it promptly.
