개인정보 수집·이용 및 지식 콘텐츠 활용 동의서 (개정안)

클라우드브로는 Bro 여러분의 소중한 지식과 경험이 안전하게 보호되면서도, 커뮤니티 전체의 글로벌 성장을 위한 자양분이 될 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보 및 콘텐츠 활용 정책을 운영합니다.

1. 개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적

  • 회원(Bro) 식별 및 관리: 서비스 이용에 따른 본인 식별, 가입 의사 확인, 회원 자격의 유지 및 관리.
  • 서비스 제공 및 운영: 지식 공유 공간 내 질의응답, 네트워킹, 맞춤형 기술 콘텐츠 추천 및 각종 고지 사항 전달.
  • 보안 및 부정 이용 방지: 커뮤니티 행동강령 및 이용 약관 위반 확인 및 비정상적 서비스 이용 행위 차단.
  • 수집 항목: [필수] 이름(실명, 닉네임), 이메일 주소, 소속(선택 시) 등.

2. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

  • 원칙: 회원 탈퇴 시 수집된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다.
  • 예외: 관계 법령(전자상거래법, 통신비밀보호법 등)에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 및 커뮤니티 운영 방침에 따른 부정 이용 기록(중복 가입 방지 등)은 해당 기간 동안 별도 보관 후 파기합니다.

3. 지식 콘텐츠의 공유 및 선순환 (Knowledge Commons)

클라우드브로의 지식은 개개인의 것이자 우리 모두의 자산입니다.

  • 콘텐츠 활용: Bro가 게시한 기술 통찰, 경험적 지식, 질의응답은 지식의 선순환을 위해 요약, 편집, 카드 뉴스, 뉴스레터 등 2차 저작물로 가공되어 복제·배포될 수 있습니다.
  • 지속성 유지: Bro가 탈퇴하더라도, 지식의 맥락 유지와 공동체의 자산을 보호하기 위해 이미 공개된 게시물 및 답글은 삭제되지 않고 보존됩니다.

참고: 특정 게시물의 삭제가 반드시 필요한 경우 운영팀(privacy@cloudbro.ai)에 요청하여 권리를 행사하실 수 있습니다.

4. 클라우드브로 AI 서비스 고도화 및 학습 데이터 활용 (AI Optimization)

본 조항은 클라우드브로가 AI 기반의 기술 커뮤니티로 진화하기 위한 핵심 근거입니다.

  • 학습 데이터 활용: Bro가 공유한 모든 데이터(게시글, 댓글, 코드, 기고 등)는 클라우드브로 AI 서비스 성능 향상 및 지식 그래프 구축을 위한 학습 데이터로 활용될 수 있습니다.
  • 프라이버시 보호: AI 학습 시 개인을 식별할 수 있는 민감한 정보는 비식별화(Anonymization) 또는 필터링 처리를 거쳐 Bro의 프라이버시를 최우선으로 보호합니다.
  • 활용 목적: 이는 오직 클라우드 엔지니어링 생태계 내에서 더 정확한 기술 답변을 제공하고, 지식 접근성을 극대화하는 ‘지능형 전문가 어시스턴트’ 개발을 목적으로 합니다.

5. 마케팅 및 광고성 정보 수신 동의

  • 목적: 클라우드브로의 신규 기능 안내, 기술 세미나, 컨퍼런스, 프로모션 등 유익한 정보 제공.
  • 수신 채널: 이메일 및 서비스 내 알림 등 전자적 전송 매체.
  • 철회 안내: 현재 클라우드브로는 관리형 서비스 기반으로 운영되고 있어, 마케팅 정보 수신 철회를 원하실 경우 운영팀(privacy@cloudbro.ai)으로 별도 요청을 주셔야 합니다. 시스템 고도화를 통해 추후 설정 페이지에서 직접 관리하실 수 있도록 개선할 예정이며, 수동 처리에 따른 불편점 양해부탁드립니다.

6. 회원의 권리 및 동의 거부권

  • Bro는 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 대한 동의를 거부할 권리가 있습니다. 단, 필수 항목에 대한 동의 거부 시 회원 가입 및 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
  • 지식 콘텐츠 및 AI 학습 활용에 대한 동의는 클라우드브로의 핵심 가치인 '지식 공유’와 직결되므로, 이에 동의하지 않으실 경우 커뮤니티 활동에 제약이 있을 수 있습니다.

본 약관은 2026년 1월 6일부터 적용됩니다.

Consent for Collection and Use of Personal Information and Intellectual Content (Revised)

CloudBro operates the following policies regarding the use of personal information and content to ensure that the precious knowledge and experience of our Bros are protected while serving as the foundation for the global growth of our entire community.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

  • Member (Bro) Identification and Management: Personal identification for service use, confirmation of intent to join, maintenance and management of membership status, and delivery of various notices.
  • Service Provision and Operation: Facilitating Q&A within the knowledge-sharing space, networking, recommending customized technical content, and delivering service updates.
  • Security and Prevention of Misuse: Monitoring for violations of the Community Code of Conduct and Terms of Service, and blocking abnormal or fraudulent service activities.
  • Collected Items: [Required] Name (Legal Name, Alias/Nickname), Email Address, Affiliation (Optional), etc.

2. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

  • Principle: In principle, a Bro’s personal information is destroyed without delay upon withdrawal from membership.
  • Exceptions: Information required to be preserved by relevant laws (e.g., Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Protection of Communications Secrets Act) or internal policies to prevent misuse (e.g., preventing duplicate registrations) will be stored separately for a designated period before being destroyed.

3. Sharing and Virtuous Cycle of Intellectual Content (Knowledge Commons)

Knowledge within CloudBro belongs to the individual but also serves as a collective asset for us all.

  • Content Utilization: Technical insights, empirical knowledge, and Q&A posted by a Bro may be processed into derivative works—such as summaries, edited versions, card news, and newsletters—and may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted to facilitate a virtuous cycle of knowledge.
  • Maintenance of Continuity: Even after a Bro withdraws, previously published posts and replies will not be deleted and will be preserved to maintain the context of knowledge and protect the community’s shared assets.
  • Note: If the deletion of a specific post is absolutely necessary, you may exercise your rights by contacting the management team at privacy@cloudbro.ai.

4. CloudBro AI Service Optimization and Utilization of Training Data

This article serves as the core foundation for CloudBro’s evolution into an AI-driven technical community.

  • Utilization of Training Data: All data shared by a Bro (posts, comments, code, contributions, etc.) may be utilized as training data for enhancing CloudBro’s AI service performance and building a technical knowledge graph.
  • Privacy Protection: When used for AI training, sensitive information that could identify an individual will undergo anonymization or filtering to prioritize the protection of the Bro’s privacy.
  • Purpose of Use: This is conducted solely for the purpose of developing an “Intelligent Expert Assistant” that provides more accurate technical answers and maximizes knowledge accessibility within the cloud engineering ecosystem.

5. Consent to Receive Marketing and Promotional Information

  • Purpose: Providing beneficial information such as announcements of new CloudBro features, technical seminars, conferences, and promotions.
  • Delivery Channels: Electronic transmission media, including email and in-service notifications.
  • Withdrawal Notice: As CloudBro is currently provided as a managed service, Bros who wish to withdraw their consent for marketing information must send a separate request to privacy@cloudbro.ai. We ask for your understanding regarding this manual process; we are working to improve the system so you can manage this directly via the settings page in the future.

6. Rights of Members and Right to Refuse Consent

  • Bros have the right to refuse consent for the collection and use of personal information. However, refusal of consent for required items may result in restrictions on membership registration and service use.
  • Consent for the utilization of intellectual content and AI training is directly linked to CloudBro’s core value of “Knowledge Sharing.” Therefore, refusal to consent may lead to limitations on community activities.

Effective Date: This agreement shall enter into force on January 6, 2026.
