클라우드브로 커뮤니티 이용 약관 (개정안)

제 1 조 (목적)

본 약관은 클라우드 엔지니어링 과 관련 개발 기술 지식을 공유하고 집단지성을 실천하는 커뮤니티, ‘클라우드브로’(이하 “커뮤니티”)의 서비스 이용과 관련하여, 커뮤니티와 회원(이하 “Bro”) 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. 클라우드브로는 단순한 게시판을 넘어, 우리가 함께 가꾸는 '글로벌 지식의 공공 공원’이자 글로벌 클라우드 생태계의 발전을 위한 공유 자원을 지향합니다.

제 2 조 (정의)

1. 클라우드브로: 회원들이 클라우드 네이티브 기술 및 개발‧엔지니어링 통찰을 공유하고 소통하는 웹 기반 지식 공유 플랫폼입니다.
2. 회원(Bro): 커뮤니티의 가치에 동의하고 가입 절차를 마친 구성원을 의미하며, 서로의 성장을 돕는 동료 기획자‧설계자‧개발자‧엔지니어 등을 뜻합니다.
3. 콘텐츠: 회원이 커뮤니티 내에 게시한 질문, 답변, 기고, 코드, 이미지 등 모든 형태의 정보물을 의미합니다.

제 3 조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

1. 본 약관은 가입 시 동의함으로써 효력이 발생하며, 서비스 내 게시를 통해 공지됩니다.
2. 커뮤니티는 관련 법령을 준수하며 필요 시 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관은 공지사항을 통해 고지하며, 공지 후 7일 이내에 거부 의사를 밝히지 않으면 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

제 4 조 (회원의 의무 및 전문성 유지)

1. 상호 존중: 모든 Bro는 타인의 의견을 존중하며, 비속어, 인신공격, 차별적 언행 등 커뮤니티의 품격을 해치는 행위를 하지 않습니다.
2. 정보의 진실성: 기술적 오류가 있을 수 있으나, 의도적으로 허위 정보를 유포하거나 타인을 기만하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
3. 보안 관리: 자신의 계정 및 비밀번호 관리 책임은 본인에게 있으며, 이를 제3자에게 대여하거나 양도할 수 없습니다.

제 5 조 (광고 및 홍보 활동의 제한)

커뮤니티의 순수성을 유지하기 위해 영리 목적의 활동은 다음과 같이 제한됩니다.

1. 영리 목적 광고 규제: 영리 목적의 광고는 원칙적으로 금지하며, 필요 시 운영팀(contact@cloudbro.ai)의 승인하에 허용됩니다.
2. 채용 및 의뢰: 구인/구직 및 개발 의뢰는 반드시 필요 시 운영팀(contact@cloudbro.ai)의 승인하에 허용됩니다.

제 6 조 (서비스의 이용 및 중단)

1. 커뮤니티는 Bro에게 지식 베이스, 질의응답, 네트워킹 등 다양한 서비스를 제공합니다.
2. 운영상 기술적 필요나 서비스 고도화를 위해 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 수정하거나 일시 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 공지에 최선을 다합니다.

제 7 조 (개인정보의 보호 및 마케팅 활용)

1. 커뮤니티는 서비스 제공을 위해 최소한의 개인정보를 수집합니다.
2. 마케팅 수신: Bro는 커뮤니티의 신규 기능, 뉴스레터, 기술 이벤트 정보를 수신하는 데 동의합니다. 단, 수신을 원치 않을 경우 설정 또는 운영팀(contact@cloudbro.ai) 요청을 통해 철회할 수 있습니다.

제 8 조 (지식 주권 및 지적재산권)

1. 공동 소유의 원칙: Bro가 생산한 콘텐츠의 지적재산권은 작성자 본인과 커뮤니티가 공동으로 소유합니다. 이는 개개인의 기여를 존중함과 동시에, 해당 지식이 생태계 전체로 확산될 수 있도록 하기 위함입니다.
2. 오픈 라이선스: 커뮤니티 내 콘텐츠는 원작자와 출처(클라우드브로)를 명확히 밝히는 조건 하에 자유로운 복제 및 배포가 가능합니다.
3. 탈퇴 후 게시물 관리: Bro가 탈퇴하더라도, 지식의 선순환과 문맥 유지를 위해 이미 공개된 게시물 및 답글은 삭제되지 않습니다. 특정 게시물의 삭제가 반드시 필요한 경우 운영팀(privacy@cloudbro.ai)으로 요청해야 합니다.

제 9 조 (AI 서비스 고도화 및 학습 데이터 활용)

본 조항은 클라우드브로가 지향하는 AI 기반 지식 공유 공간으로의 도약을 위해 규정됩니다.

1. 학습 데이터 활용: Bro가 게시한 모든 경험적 지식, 질의응답, 기술 통찰은 클라우드브로 AI 서비스의 성능 향상 및 지식 모델 학습을 위한 데이터로 활용될 수 있습니다.
2. 2차 저작물 생성: 커뮤니티는 Bro의 콘텐츠를 기반으로 요약본, 카드 뉴스, 뉴스레터, AI 답변 생성 등 다양한 형태의 2차 저작물을 제작하여 복제, 배포할 수 있습니다.
3. 익명화 및 보안: 학습 데이터 활용 시 개인을 식별할 수 있는 민감한 정보는 필터링하거나 익명화 처리하여 Bro의 프라이버시를 보호하기 위해 최선을 다합니다.
4. 목적의 명확성: 이러한 활용은 오직 클라우드 엔지니어링 생태계의 지식 접근성을 높이고, 전 세계 Bro들에게 더 가치 있는 통찰을 제공하기 위한 목적으로만 수행됩니다.

제 10 조 (면책 및 분쟁 해결)

1. 커뮤니티는 Bro가 게시한 정보의 정확성이나 신뢰성에 대해 법적 보증을 하지 않습니다.
2. 회원 간 발생한 분쟁에 대해 커뮤니티는 중재를 위해 노력할 수 있으나, 법적 책임을 지지는 않습니다.
3. 본 약관과 관련하여 발생하는 분쟁은 대한민국 법령을 따르며, 관할 법원의 결정에 따릅니다.

부칙 본 약관은 2026년 1월 6일부터 시행됩니다.

CloudBro Terms of Service (Revised Edition)

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the community and its members (hereinafter referred to as “Bro”) regarding the use of services provided by CloudBro (the “Community”), a platform dedicated to sharing cloud engineering and development technology knowledge through collective intelligence. CloudBro aims to be more than a simple bulletin board; it is a “Global Public Commons for Knowledge” and a shared resource for the advancement of the global cloud ecosystem.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. CloudBro: A web-based knowledge-sharing platform where members share cloud-native technology, development/engineering insights, and communicate with one another.
2. Member (Bro): An individual who agrees to the values of the Community, completes the registration process, and acts as a colleague (planner, architect, developer, engineer, etc.) helping others grow.
3. Content: All forms of information posted by a Bro within the Community, including questions, answers, articles, code, images, and other materials.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendments)

1. These Terms shall become effective upon the user’s agreement during the sign-up process and shall be posted within the service.
2. The Community may amend these Terms in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Amended Terms will be announced via community notices. If a Bro does not express refusal within seven (7) days of the announcement, they shall be deemed to have accepted the changes.

Article 4 (Member Obligations and Professionalism)

1. Mutual Respect: Every Bro must respect the opinions of others and refrain from profanity, personal attacks, discriminatory remarks, or any behavior that undermines the dignity of the Community.
2. Integrity of Information: While technical errors may occur, the intentional dissemination of false information or deceptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
3. Security Management: Each Bro is responsible for managing their account and password and may not lend or transfer them to a third party.

Article 5 (Restrictions on Advertising and Promotion)

To maintain the integrity of the Community, commercial activities are restricted as follows:

1. Commercial Advertising: Advertising for-profit is prohibited in principle. It may only be permitted with prior approval from the management team (contact@cloudbro.ai).
2. Recruitment and Freelance Requests: Job postings and development requests are only permitted with prior approval from the management team (contact@cloudbro.ai).

Article 6 (Provision and Suspension of Service)

1. The Community provides various services to Bros, including a knowledge base, Q&A, and networking opportunities.
2. The Community may modify or temporarily suspend all or part of its services for technical necessity or service optimization. In such cases, the Community will make its best effort to provide prior notice.

Article 7 (Privacy and Marketing)

1. The Community collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide its services.
2. Marketing Consent: Bros agree to receive information regarding new features, newsletters, and technical events. However, a Bro may opt out at any time through their settings or by contacting the management team (contact@cloudbro.ai).

Article 8 (Knowledge Sovereignty and Intellectual Property)

1. Principle of Co-ownership: The intellectual property rights of the Content produced by a Bro are jointly owned by the author and the Community. This ensures that individual contributions are respected while allowing that knowledge to circulate freely throughout the ecosystem.
2. Open License: Content within the Community may be freely reproduced and distributed, provided that the original author and the source (CloudBro) are clearly credited.
3. Post-Withdrawal Content Management: Even if a Bro withdraws from the Community, previously published posts and replies will not be deleted to maintain the context and virtuous cycle of knowledge. If the deletion of a specific post is absolutely necessary, a request must be sent to the privacy team (privacy@cloudbro.ai).

Article 9 (AI Service Optimization and Training Data)

This article is established to support CloudBro’s leap forward as an AI-driven knowledge-sharing space.

1. Utilization of Training Data: All empirical knowledge, Q&A, and technical insights posted by a Bro may be used as data for training and improving CloudBro’s AI services and knowledge models.
2. Creation of Derivative Works: The Community may create, reproduce, and distribute derivative works—such as summaries, card news, newsletters, and AI-generated responses—based on a Bro’s Content.
3. Anonymization and Security: When utilizing training data, the Community will do its best to protect the Bro’s privacy by filtering or anonymizing sensitive personal information.
4. Clarity of Purpose: Such utilization is performed solely for the purpose of increasing knowledge accessibility in the cloud engineering ecosystem and providing more valuable insights to Bros worldwide.

Article 10 (Disclaimers and Dispute Resolution)

1. The Community does not legally guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information posted by its Bros.
2. While the Community may attempt to mediate disputes between members, it shall not be held legally liable for such disputes.
3. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes shall be resolved by the court of competent jurisdiction.

Addendum These Terms shall enter into force on January 6, 2026.
