- Limitations of General-Purpose AI:
- General-purpose AI (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) provides generalized responses lacking context and reliability when addressing complex, cutting-edge cloud engineering challenges such as multi-cloud architectures, incident response, and migrations.
- Fragmentation of Expert Experience Knowledge:
- The experiential know-how (tacit knowledge) of field experts remains confined to individuals and is neither systematically shared nor accumulated. Conferences, seminars, and blogs are episodic and unsuitable for real-time problem solving.
- Lack of Trust-Based Technical Communities:
- Existing global community platforms such as Stack Overflow and Reddit lack deep specialization in cloud-native expertise. Domestically, there is virtually no practice-oriented cloud engineering knowledge-sharing community.
- Unauthorized and Uncompensated AI Training:
