I’m currently working as an NLP R&D engineer in the AICC (AI Contact Center) team.
My role involves building Agentic AI systems that can understand user intent, identify their needs, and respond with the most natural and context-aware conversation possible.

To achieve this, I specialize in areas such as Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), domain adaptation, and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).

Although I’m temporarily prioritizing my industry role due to mandatory military service (fulfilled through company-based recruitment), my research interests lie in understanding how humans conceptualize and articulate thoughts through language. I’m particularly fascinated by comparing human language processing with advanced deep learning models—especially LLMs—alongside brain signal analysis. This has led me to compare human brain and large langauge model, and develop a small model that mimics certain brain-like behaviors in concept articulation.

Along the way, I’ve also had to deal with infrastructure and hardware optimization, which I continue to study and improve upon. By joining this group, I hope to learn a great deal from others and contribute where I can.

As a brain-language maniac, I’m especially passionate about information structuring through ontologies. Ultimately, I’d like to contribute to building agentic information retrieval systems from the perspective of an NLP and LLM engineer.

Thank you for the opportunity!
